Literature Text

There are things I can't recall
Did I even know at all?
Shadows sleep in all my bones so scared to be alone
they catch light and ignite my flight
I share them with myself

There is a silver bell
With a silent ring it does tell
all the shades of the morning that the night is coming
and the ground is overtaken

Under the valiant sky
I watch my dreams go by
wondering what I could have done
to keep them at my side

Oh, the wonders that we make
so sadly misplaced
I wish I had them at my finger tips but I fear I'm growing old
and the things I can't recall
Did I even know at all?
Someday'll sleep beneath your feet and I won't make a sound.
No, I will not make a sound
Starting to submit my old poetry, this ones about a year old.
