Challenging The Blizzard

This is snow way to handle a blizzard! East can't chill out. All the other trainers gave him the cold shoulder, East had no way to find a beacon, or survive the cold.

East said to himself, "Ice try, Joseph!"

He grabbed Magikarp, his best bouncer out of all the magikarps he had.

East muttered, "Magikarp, bounce over this blizzard!"

East didn't know that air is colder up there, and started freezing. He continued his trek, in hopes of seeing the red glow of a beacon.

I chose to add that black stuff around the drawing because if it's a perma-blizzard, and if it's fierce, you wouldn't be able to see. So you are seeing it with magic!
